Refund: We offer a full refund only if the plate arrives damaged. To request a refund, you must send proof of the damage (photo or video) within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Shipping Costs: In the event of a refund due to damage, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will proceed with the refund.
